1. Who provides the service

2. What Sonarcast is — and what it is not

Sonarcast collects market data from exchanges and data providers, computes metrics on it and describes the resulting situation in plain language. Every analytical conclusion is produced by our own rule engine; the AI layer only puts those conclusions into words.

Sonarcast is an information and analysis tool. It is not individual investment advice, not a trading signal, not portfolio management and not a broker. It does not execute orders and has no access to your exchange accounts.

You make every trading decision yourself and bear full responsibility for its consequences. Nothing in the product or in these terms is a promise or a guarantee of profit.

3. Your account

One account belongs to one person. Keep your credentials to yourself: everything done through your account is treated as done by you.

You must give a working email address, because access, payment and security notices are sent to it.

We may suspend an account that is used to attack the service, to resell access, or in breach of section 6. Where the breach is not deliberate we will contact you first.

4. Plans, trial and payment

Pro costs $29 per month or $290 per year. Premium costs $59 per month or $590 per year. Prices are shown on the pricing block of the home page and are the ones charged.

New accounts get 7 days of Premium free, without a card. When the trial ends, access drops to the free level until a subscription is paid.

Payment is made in USDT through our payment provider CryptoCloud (TRC20, BEP20 or TON). A subscription is prepaid for a fixed period — 30 days for monthly, 365 days for annual — and does NOT renew itself: nothing is ever charged automatically. We remind you before the period ends; access continues only if you pay for the next period.

5. Refunds

Crypto transfers cannot be reversed by us once confirmed on the network, so a refund, where due, is made by a separate transfer to an address you confirm.

6. Acceptable use

While using Sonarcast you agree not to:

• share, resell or sublicense your access, or use one subscription for several people;
• extract data in bulk in order to republish or resell it, or to build a competing feed;
• automate access in a way that degrades the service for others, or attempt to bypass plan limits;
• reverse engineer the service, or interfere with its security and integrity.

7. Data sources and availability

Market data comes from third parties — among them Binance, Bybit, OKX, CoinGlass and CoinGecko. We check and label what we show, but we neither control those sources nor guarantee that their data is complete, accurate or timely.

The service can be delayed, degraded or unavailable — because a source is down, because of maintenance, or because of a failure on our side. When data is stale we mark it as stale rather than hide it.

The service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular trading purpose.

8. Liability

We are not liable for trading losses. You decide what to do with the information the terminal shows, and the outcome of those decisions is yours.

To the extent permitted by the law of [TO FILL: country of registration and governing law], our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription period in which the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms — for example when the product, the plans or the payment flow change. The date at the top of this page always reflects the last substantive edit.

If a change materially affects your rights, we notify account holders by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the updated terms.

10. Termination

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account by writing to support@sonarcast.app.

We may terminate access for a serious or repeated breach of these terms. Where we terminate without such a breach, any prepaid period that remains unused is refunded.

11. Governing law
